Return Policy:

Please contact customercare@theautobrush.com to initiate a return and/or refund as quickly as possible. Do not attempt to send back your AutoBrush without contacting us first. 

If your experience with AutoBrush isn’t love at first cleaning, we totally understand. The best brush for you should be one that’s enjoyable and comfortable to use, so personal preference is key (regardless of cost or features). 

Refunds will be offered in the original method of payment for 30 days. Items must also be unused and unopened to be accepted for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have any problems with your AutoBrush after 30 days, we do have some policies to help protect your investment in your smile :)

If your AutoBrush is defective, you may send it in for a replacement for up to 45 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Any defect with the Autobrush over 45 days will not be replaced.  

If your charging base is defective, we will ask you to send a video to help you troubleshoot a solution.  If the charging base is defective after review, we will send you a replacement charging pad for up to 60 days.  Any defect on charging pads after 60 days will not be replaced. If any issues arise with the charging pad after 60 days you can purchase a new charging base on our site for only $7.

*Our products being hygiene based makes them more difficult to return, and demands more attention to detail before processing. We, therefore, have a stricter policy that grants us the ability to evaluate customer inquiries on an intimate, case by case basis. This structure allows us to fully ensure whether a problem is in fact irreversible to allow a return. If you do experience an issue with AutoBrush, just be sure to reach out to us right away and we will help resolve the issue :)
