Please contact customercare@autobrush.com, or call us at 1-888-468-7404 to initiate a return and/or refund as quickly as possible. Do not attempt to send back your AutoBrush® without contacting us first. 

We are committed to excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or credit within 30 days.

Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis. We look at each refund individually and will do our best to provide a refund when possible.

We know time is precious when shipping a return. We ask that you postmark your shipment for your return within 7 days of the return being initiated. This will allow us to restock the item sooner. Any returns postmarked after that time may not be considered for a refund. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days in unused, unopened, and brand-new condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be included and intact
  • Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: seal intact.)
  • If the item is defective, we will process a refund if applicable.

Please note that AutoBrush's warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, nor the following cases:

  • Though uncommon, we do not accept battery faults that begin more than 20 days after purchase (additional charging bases are available for purchase on site).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental misuse, dirt or water.
  • The product being tampered through improper use.
  • Failure to take proper care of the AutoBrush, including recharging:
  1. Charging time must be 90 mins.
  2. Charging Base must be unplugged when light indicator has stopped blinking.
  3. Please keep Charging Base away from water to avoid damage.

Free Products & Discounted Bundle Returns

Occasionally, we offer free items in promotions. To receive a full refund, all items - including free ones - must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

Bundles are offered to shoppers to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a bundle for a full refund, you must request a return within the applicable Return Policy period, and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE for a full refund

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.  For example, if you receive a $50 savings when you purchase a product and you return either item separately, the $50 savings will be subtracted from your refund.

If a portion of the bundle is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your bundle discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund by itself; you will need to return all items in the bundle or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund. For example, if your bundle discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Charging Base

If your charging base is defective, we will ask you to send a video to help you troubleshoot a solution.  If the charging base is defective after review, we will send you a replacement charging pad for up to 30 days.  Any defect on charging pads after 30 days will not be replaced. If any issues arise with the charging pad after 30 days you can purchase a new charging base on our site for only $7.
