Shipping & Returns

At AutoBrush, your satisfaction is our top priority. From the quality of your automatic dental care to the very minute in which it arrives to your home. No mystery, no-nonsense. Our orders ship Monday-Friday out of our warehouses in California or Pennsylvania via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the shipping level selected at checkout. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.


Regardless of which shipping method above you choose, there is always a 1-2 business day processing window. Even with Expedited Shipping, you should still plan for an additional 2 business days before arrival. Our warehouse is constantly taking in orders, and we want to personally make sure that your order is perfect with hands-on precision!

PRE-SALES: If any part of your order contains a pre-sale item, your parcel will not ship until the item is in stock. Thank you for understanding, this policy significantly reduces our eco-footprint.

NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply. This can include additional duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for such additional fees as they depend on your personal country, local tax rate, and customs department.  SHIPPING PRICES ARE BASED ON SHIPPING LOCATION. PLEASE SEE RATES IN YOUR CART.

ADDRESS CHANGES: We pride ourselves in same day order processing. Unfortunately, that does mean we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post purchase. Please verify your address before submitting.

FALSE RETURNS: If a purchase was falsely returned to us, we can reship it to you. But, before doing so, please reach out to us to verify your address, so we can reship it to the correct address.

CANCELLATION TIMELINE: We try to fulfill orders, as soon as we receive them. If your order is placed between 7 am - 1 pm EST, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order for a swifter resolution. If you reach out to us after this time frame, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it reaches our fulfillment team.

In addition to this, if we're unable to process your cancellation, please be aware that you can return your order back to us once you receive it.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.

COMMUNICATION: We send email updates when orders are fulfilled, out for delivery, delivered, if there's a stall in the shipment, and if there's a delivery error. If you lose your tracking information from your email, generate and log into an account on AutoBrush using the same email you used at checkout to view your past orders and their statuses.

FOR RETURNS:Please contact customercare@autobrush.com, or via live chat to initiate a return and/or refund as quickly as possible. Do not attempt to send back your AutoBrush without contacting us first.

We are committed to excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or credit within 30 calendar days for a refund minus return shipping.

Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis. We look at each refund individually and will do our best to provide a refund when possible.

We know time is precious when shipping a return. We ask that you postmark your shipment for your return within 7 days of the return being initiated. This will allow us to restock the item sooner. Any returns postmarked after that time may not be considered for a refund. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Due to the fact that AutoBrush is a personal product, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements.

1. Item must be returned within 30 days in unused, unopened, and brand-new condition

2. All original packaging and tags must be included and intact

3. Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: seal intact.)

If the item is defective, we will process a refund if applicable.

Though uncommon, we do not accept battery faults that begin more than 20 days after purchase (additional charging bases are available for purchase on site).

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental misuse, dirt or water.

The product being tampered through improper use.

Failure to take proper care of the AutoBrush, including recharging:

Charging time must be 90 mins.

Charging Base must be unplugged when light indicator has stopped blinking.

Please keep Charging Base away from water to avoid damage.
