- We’ll work with you for 30 days after receiving your product to resolve any concerns.

A: All exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. If you’ve opened your product and need to exchange it, we’ll work with you to develop a tailored solution.

Q: What if the brush head doesn’t fit?
A: If your brush head size is too small or too large, our Customer Experience team will work with you to provide a replacement size based on your feedback.

A: While most kiddos love the AutoBrush, we realize that not every kiddo will love it right away. Our team will work with you to provide tips on how to get your kiddo to love their AutoBrush. If those tips don’t work, our 30-day refund policy applies.
Q: What if my dentist doesn’t approve?
A: Make sure your dentist knows this mouthpiece toothbrush uses dental-grade nylon bristles, not silicone like cheaper knock-offs. Overall, dentists have been impressed with the quality of cleaning AutoBrush provides. However, if it’s not a fit, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
