Brush head size guide

Pick the correct brush head size based on the user's age, or you can base it on the actual size of the user's mouth. Refer to our size chart to find the best fit. To measure the size of your mouth, you can use dental floss to determine the right size for you. Our AutoBrush Pro Brush Heads are designed to have the following measurements.

How do I exchange a product?

All exchanges can be made within 30 days of delivery. If you’ve opened your product and need to exchange it, simply submit this short form. Your exchange request will be reviewed promptly.

How do I return a product?

For US customers

To request a return of unopened and unwanted items, you may visit autobrush.happyreturns.com. You only need to enter your zip code and your order number to proceed with your return. NB: Receiving a refund is contingent upon you notifying our customer care team that Happy Returns has received the item/s.

What if the brush head doesn’t fit?

If your brush head size is too small or too large, simply fill out this problem report and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

What if my kid doesn’t like it?

Most children love the autobrush, but we realize that not every kiddo will love it right away. Our team will work with you to provide tips on how to get them to love their autobrush. If those tips don’t work, our 30-day refund policy applies.

What if my dentist doesn’t approve?

Make sure your dentist knows this mouthpiece toothbrush uses dental-grade nylon bristles, not silicone bristles. Overall, dentists have been impressed with the quality of cleaning autobrush provides, but industry-wide studies often apply to brushes that only have silicone bristles–and those are simply not effective. 

Thus many dentists lack the necessary context to provide you with definitive advice for autobrush specifically. However, if it’s not a fit, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
