Fluoride vs Nano-HAp

What is the difference between Fluoride and Nano-HAp?

Fluoride and Nano-Hydroxyapatite (Nano-HAp) both enhance dental health effectively. Fluoride is renowned for its ability to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities. Nano-HAp offers a similar benefit as a fluoride-free alternative, perfect for those who prefer it, and is especially safe for children who might swallow toothpaste.

Is autobrush ADA accepted?

Yes! Autobrush is the world’s only ADA-Accepted U-shape toothbrush, clinically proven to deliver up to 5.1x better cleaning in just 30 seconds, removing up to 82% more plaque and reducing gingivitis by up to 45%.

Trusted by families, backed by experts, and validated through independent clinical studies at Salus Research, an ADA-accredited facility.

*Based on clinical data conducted at Salus Research.

Why Do Some Dentists Say “U-Shaped Brushes Don’t Work”?

It’s a common misunderstanding! Most dentists have only seen cheap look-alike U-shaped brushes and not Autobrush.

Autobrush is the only ADA-Accepted U-shaped toothbrush with patented nylon bristles (not silicone) and five clinical studies proving its effectiveness.

Our studies show measurable improvements in plaque removal and gum health that knockoffs simply can’t match.

Why Are Other U-Shaped Brushes on Amazon Cheaper?

Because they cut corners.
Independent clinical testing found that silicone-bristle knockoffs cleaned worse than not brushing at all, leaving plaque and bacteria behind.
In contrast, Autobrush’s patented nylon bristles are clinically proven to remove plaque up to 5.1× better and reduce gingivitis by up to 45% across multiple IRB-approved studies.

They’re cheaper for a reason. We’re effective for one.
(And yes, Autobrush runs great sales, so stay subscribed to email/text for exclusive deals!)

Are There Clinical Studies to Prove Autobrush Works?

Absolutely, and we’re proud of them!
Autobrush is the only ADA-Accepted U-shape toothbrush backed by five independent clinical studies (and counting).
Our research shows Autobrush outperforms traditional manual brushing in both plaque removal and gum health improvement.

Is Autobrush Good for People with Disabilities?

Yes. Autobrush is a game-changer for users with disabilities, limited mobility, or sensory sensitivities.

It’s been praised by families of individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, and others, helping users brush independently and confidently.

How effective is autobrush on the gum line?

In a clinical study by Salus Research (ADA-accredited), Autobrush users experienced:

  • Up to 45% reduction in gingivitis after 30 days
  • Up to 5.1× better plaque removal overall than a manual toothbrush
  • Up to 71% plaque reduction along the gum line in a single use, compared to only 3.5% for a manual brush. Read the study here

In a head-to-head comparison with a leading ADA-accepted electric toothbrush, Autobrush achieved:

  • 29% plaque reduction along the gum line, versus 10.5% with the electric brush
    Read the study here

These findings show that Autobrush cleans as effectively, or better, in the areas most critical for gum health, while requiring ¼ of the brushing time.

Is Autobrush Waterproof?

Yes! Autobrush is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it’s safe for use in the shower or while rinsing under running water.

Just avoid submerging it for extended periods.

How Does Autobrush Clean the Backs of My Teeth?

Our patented brush head design surrounds every tooth: front, back, and biting surfaces.

Thousands of nylon bristles pulsate simultaneously to remove plaque from all angles.

For best results, keep the brush moving gently in a side-to-side or figure-8 motion throughout the 30-second cycle.

This ensures every tooth gets the perfect clean, even those tricky back ones!

Does Autobrush Work with Braces or Dental Work?

Yes! Autobrush is safe for braces, retainers, and other dental work.

The soft nylon bristles gently clean around brackets and wires without causing damage.

Just remember to move the brush slightly during the cycle to reach every surface.

(Always check with your orthodontist for personalized care guidance.)

Can I Use My Own Toothpaste?

Of course! You can use your favorite toothpaste with Autobrush.

Our foam toothpaste just makes things smoother (literally). It’s designed to spread evenly and reach every surface.

If using regular toothpaste, try pre-foaming or mixing it with a little water before brushing, which helps distribute it evenly.

How Often Should I Replace My Brush Head?

Every 2 months, just like a regular toothbrush.

This keeps your Autobrush performing at its best and ensures your bristles stay clean and effective.

Tip: Subscribe for automatic brush head refills so you never forget.

Will This Make My Kid Lazy?

Nope, quite the opposite!

Autobrush encourages independence, not laziness.

It turns brushing into something fun, empowering kids to take charge of their routines while getting a clinically proven clean every time.

Is Autobrush Completely Hands-Free?

Not exactly, and that’s a good thing.

Autobrush must be guided with gentle motion to clean effectively. Hold it lightly and move your jaw side-to-side or in a figure-8 motion. Leaving it still will *not* produce a proper clean.

The motion helps the brush’s vibrations do their best work, especially along the gum line and back teeth.
