Fluoride vs Nano-HAp

What is the difference between Fluoride and Nano-HAp?

Fluoride and Nano-Hydroxyapatite (Nano-HAp) both enhance dental health effectively. Fluoride is renowned for its ability to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities. Nano-HAp offers a similar benefit as a fluoride-free alternative, perfect for those who prefer it, and is especially safe for children who might swallow toothpaste.

The Proper Way to Use Mouth Wash

The Proper Way to Use Mouth Wash

What is the correct method for using mouthwash? Believe it or not, it’s not as simple as a quick swish and spit. Here are the proper steps you may not have been aware of:

  1. Before utilizing mouthwash, brush and floss teeth.

  1. Measure the correct measure of product suggested on the bottle or by a dental specialist.

  1. Close lips and, keeping teeth somewhat separated, and swish the fluid around your mouth.

  1. Thirty seconds is the recommended time for using mouthwash.

  1. Finally, spit fluid from mouth completely.

Tip: Try not to eat, drink or smoke for thirty minutes subsequent to utilizing mouthwash. Doing so will decrease the impact of the product.
