Fluoride vs Nano-HAp

What is the difference between Fluoride and Nano-HAp?

Fluoride and Nano-Hydroxyapatite (Nano-HAp) both enhance dental health effectively. Fluoride is renowned for its ability to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities. Nano-HAp offers a similar benefit as a fluoride-free alternative, perfect for those who prefer it, and is especially safe for children who might swallow toothpaste.

Cleaning Your Teeth Without A Toothbrush

  1. Rinse With Water
  2. Paper Towel Or A Cloth
  3. Eat Cheese
  4. Baking Soda
  5. Chewing Sugarless Gum

We tend to forget things. That is one of the facts of life. Whether it is charging your phone for the night or turning off a light switch, there are some things that will somehow slip our minds. Personally, the one thing that really annoys me is when I forget to bring my toothbrush when going on a trip or staying over at a friend’s house. All of us have been so used to brushing our teeth that if we skip it, it just feels wrong and unclean. It can also make us self-conscious when interacting with other people knowing that we were not able to brush our teeth. There is also the fact that each time we miss brushing, it increases the chance of developing cavities. But worry not. There are ways to clean your teeth without a toothbrush. It’s worth noting that these are not long term alternatives to actually using a toothbrush and toothpaste. These are just quick solutions for when forgetfulness strikes you.

Rinse With Water

Rinsing your mouth with water will remove most of the food debris stuck in between your teeth. It will also reduce the acid in your mouth and wash down excess sugar. Swish it around your mouth to loosen any stuck food debris.

Paper Towel Or A Cloth

You can use a paper towel or cloth to wipe your teeth. Just wet it with water and start wiping your teeth. If you are going to use a cloth, make sure that it is not the rough kind. This is not as effective as the good ol’ toothbrush but it does a decent job at removing stains and plaque. You can do this before or after rinsing with water.

Eat Cheese

Cheese contains enzymes that help in neutralizing bacteria in the mouth. So if you forgot your toothbrush, nibbling on some cheese will prevent bacteria build-up that can cause bad breath.

Baking Soda

This is a classic. Mix baking soda with water and rub it on your teeth. Not only does it clean your teeth but it would also make it whiter. Do not forget to rinse after.

Chewing Sugarless Gum

Chewing sugarless gum can help loosen food particles and promotes saliva production. Saliva is nature’s way of washing down the bacteria from our mouth so it should be good enough until you can get a hold of a proper toothbrush.
