Hero image — UGC or lifestyleSound familiar? You're not alone, and you're not failing. For ADHD brains, it's not that you don't want to brush. Sometimes you just can't.
The reminders. The habit apps. The "just do it before bed" rule. The guilt after the dentist. The fresh start on Monday.
It's not that you don't care about your teeth. You do.
But traditional brushing asks for something specific every. single. day. Two full minutes of sustained focus, keeping track of where you've already brushed, and remembering to start in the first place, on a schedule your brain doesn't naturally keep.
"Just follow a routine!"
But for an ADHD brain, that's a daily battle you're afraid to lose.
It was never a willpower problem.
It was actually that much harder.
Two minutes. Quadrant by quadrant. Same sequence. Every day.
It works fine for folks who don't struggle with executive function. Your friends that can reliably sustain focus, initiate on cue, and track progress across a routine.
But for an ADHD brain, every single one of those steps is a place where things fall apart.
Traditional brushing requires:Three places your brain has to fight itself.
Every single morning. Every single night.
It feels hard because it is hard.

I almost cried the first time I used it because it was so easy. Since receiving it nearly 2 weeks ago, I have not missed a single day of brushing. It's so much easier to get myself to do it because it takes so much less time and energy.

UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerThis makes brushing your teeth a breeze! Take one or two brushes to get used to but definitely worth it!
UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerI'm autistic/ADHD, and brushing has always been an issue. The amount of time it takes, overstimulation, taste of the toothpaste, concentrating on getting every tooth/surface etc... Auto brush made brushing simple, fast and even enjoyable. The foam 'toothpaste' is not overwhelming, I got bubblegum; the motion used causes the auto brush to feel more like a massage, and the time it takes is quick. Overall this is going to make oral Care significantly easier for me. This may be the best thing I have found take care of myself in years!
UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerI was concerned this would be a gimmick but as a person with adhd it can be hard for me to consistently brush as it feels like a large chore sometimes. After using this brush and confidently say, this is not a gimmick at all. It works great my teeth feel super clean and it’s super easy. For those with adhd it also gives a reason to be excited about brushing your teeth and that alone really makes a difference.
UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerSuper easy to use. It's a really great product especially for those with disabilities. ADHD makes it hard to get simple tasks done but this helps a lot. It feels like it does a really thorough job of getting all of the little crevices. I would recommend getting their foaming toothpaste with it though. Regular toothpaste is difficult to spread around with this product.
UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerI really never leave reviews, but I just had to gush about this! My husband and I both have ADHD and struggle to keep up with dental hygiene. This brush makes it so easy to build a routine! Also, I have never worked with a company that has such fast, easy, and impeccable customer service! They followed up multiple times when my shipment was delayed, and when I needed to exchange my brush head, they replied and shipped the new one within just a couple days! So unbelievably pleased all around
UGC Photo — ADHD reviewerProduct as advertised. Seems to be made with quality materials and has a nice matte texture that I enjoy. It’s easy to use and clean. It has a lot of options for cleaning teeth and tongue, as well as whitening and gum stimulation with light. Great for people like me with Autism/ADHD and sensory struggles.
