Fluoride vs Nano-HAp

What is the difference between Fluoride and Nano-HAp?

Fluoride and Nano-Hydroxyapatite (Nano-HAp) both enhance dental health effectively. Fluoride is renowned for its ability to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent cavities. Nano-HAp offers a similar benefit as a fluoride-free alternative, perfect for those who prefer it, and is especially safe for children who might swallow toothpaste.

Why people with ADHD are ditching their old toothbrush for good

  • Reminded three times. Still forgot.
  • Two minutes felt like twenty.
  • Skipped again. You'll do it tomorrow.

Sound familar? You're not alone. For ADHD brains, it's not that you don't want to brush. Sometimes you just can't.

You tried so many times.

The reminders. The habit apps. The "just do it before bed" rule. The guilt after the dentist. The fresh start on Monday.

It's not that you don't care about your teeth. You do.

But traditional brushing asks for something specific every. single. day. Two full minutes of sustained focus, keeping track of where you've already brushed, and remembering to start in the first place, on a schedule your brain doesn't naturally keep.

"Just follow a routine!"

But for an ADHD brain, that's a daily battle you're afraid to lose.

It was never a willpower problem. It was actually that much harder.

Traditional brushing wasn't designed for neurodiversity.

Two minutes. Quadrant by quadrant. Same sequence. Every day.

It works fine for folks who don't struggle with executive function. Your friends that can reliable sustain focus, initiate on cue, and track progress across a routine.

But for an ADHD brain, every single one of those steps is a place where things fall apart.

  • ClockCountdown.png

    Task initiation

Starting when you're supposed to, not when you have capacity

  • Sustained attention

Two full minutes without your brain wandering somewhere else

  • Sequential tracking

Remembering which surfaces you've already covered

Three places your brain has to fight itself.

Every single morning. Every single night.

It feels hard because it is hard.

What if brushing could be easier?

Autobrush was designed to remove the barriers that make brushing hard.

Why people switch:

Easy to stick with:
Less complexity = a routine that doesn't overwhelm your executive function.

30 seconds > two minutes:
With a quarter of the time, the routine feels actually achievable.

And it really works:
Autobrush is the only ADA-accepted U-shaped toothbrush, clinically proven to clean up to 5.1x better*.

Brush better, every day.
